Hey, I’m Val! A Functional Sports Dietitian, Postpartum Fitness Coach, and first-time momma who has been exactly where you are. After my own postpartum journey—navigating exhaustion, diastasis recti, and the mental load of figuring out how to nourish my body while caring for a baby—I realized that true wellness isn’t about perfection.
