How do I know which program is right for me?

If you’re newly postpartum and looking to rebuild your core and strength safely, the Restore & Rebuild program is a great fit. If you want more personalized nutrition support, start with a 1:1 call!


I’m not a new mom—can I still work with you?

Absolutely! While my current focus is postpartum support, I work with women in all stages of life who want a real-life, sustainable wellness plan.

What can I expect during a 1:1 session?

We’ll chat through your goals, current habits, and challenges, then create a clear action plan that works for your lifestyle. You’ll leave feeling encouraged and equipped.

What’s the daily time commitment for the 6-week program?

Most moms spend about 15–30 minutes a day on the movement modules. Coaching calls are weekly and optional, but always helpful

Do I need any equipment?

For the Restore & Rebuild program, you’ll need a yoga mat and a light resistance band. For 1:1 calls, no equipment needed—just bring yourself!
